Licht am Ende des Tunnels
Light at the end of the tunnel
Dear guests,
we are happy that there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel.
Of course, an opening after such a long closure requires proper preparations. We also still lack the official opening concept of the state of NRW and the city of Herten. According to the latest regulation we are allowed to entertain outside as soon as the incidence value is 5 working days below 100.
Due to the uncertain weather situation, it may happen that we cannot entertain guests. In this case, the house would remain closed.
Products that we have purchased or that we have already prepared would then be destroyed again. Likewise, if another closure is threatened by a high incidence.
For these reasons, we will only offer our small out of home menu until further notice. It is the same with our beverage assortment, it will be reduced.
If the sun shines planning reliable, we will probably open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our seating is very limited, so we will only assign our outdoor seating for dining.
When we get some planning security again, with a permanently open indoor restaurant, we will also return to our proven concept.
The three must be followed: Tested/Vaccinated/Recovered.
It is therefore advisable to plan your visit to the restaurant early and reserve a table. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions to these rules, because we are responsible not only for your health, but also for the health of our employees.
If there will be an opening of the indoor catering, we would like to point out that we have of course used the time to renovate our house according to the current templates and recommendations.
Our house has a highly efficient ventilation system, which at no time mixes the exhaust air with the fresh supply air. Therefore, the used air in the rooms is changed regularly. In the sanitary rooms we have installed hand dryers with hepa filters and to reduce the viral load.
Please keep your distance and wear a mask when moving around the house.
By certificate mask-exempt guests, we ask to wear a mask on the way to the toilet anyway.
We are looking forward to your visit! Until then, stay healthy, go for vaccination and testing, as this may slowly lead us to a new normal.
– By the way:
The out of home business will continue and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal guests who so bravely came out in the wind and weather on the weekends to get our goodies and thus continued to bring perspective and cheer to us and our staff.
We are slowly becoming optimistic and look forward to our guests!
